Biodesigned Care by HPC Today at NYSCC Suppliers’ Day 2026

At the upcoming NYSCC Suppliers’ Day 2026, biotechnology will step firmly into the spotlight through a dedicated live educational session titled “Biodesigned Care: How Biotechnology Is Shaping the Next Era of Personal Care.”

Scheduled for May 19 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Javits Convention Center in room 1E10 (Level 1), the session is organized and curated by the editorial team of HPC Today, published by TKS Publisher & Event organiser.
Designed as a structured narrative, the session will explore how biodesign is redefining the way personal care products are conceived, developed, and delivered, bridging foundational biological platforms with real-world applications. The conversation will be guided by moderator A. Rae Cutlan, biotech expert and consultant.

Through a carefully curated story arc, nine speakers will explore how emerging biological tools and materials are expanding the boundaries of efficacy, sustainability, formulation, and scalability. The program opens with a keynote by C16 Biosciences, “Biotech as the New Botanical,” setting the stage for a broader discussion on biotechnology as a paradigm shift.

The session continues with presentations from three platform innovators, IFF, Viablife, and Core Biogenesis, followed by a transition “from platforms to products,” featuring Cellugy and LCY Biosciences. The final part, “Reality, Reflection, & Future,” brings together perspectives from KKT Labs, Amyris, and Tinycargo, offering insights into both current applications and what lies ahead.
Rather than positioning biotechnology as a single solution, the session frames it as a transformative design approach. Grounded in tangible examples and forward-looking perspectives, the discussion highlights how biotechnology is already shaping today’s innovations while defining the future of personal care.
