This operation enables Seppic to consolidate its position in the beauty market by continuing to meet customer demand for natural and sustainable cosmetics.
Founded in 2007 and a subsidiary of the Minafin Group, Minasolve specializes in upcycling agricultural residues (such as sugarcane bagasse) and transforming them into high-performance cosmetic ingredients. Thanks to this unique expertise, particularly in 100% bio-based glycols, Minasolve is positioned as a leading strategic partner supporting the cosmetics industry in its transition toward Clean Beauty.
Minasolve relies on unique technological processes protected by 12 patent families. Its environmental commitment and CSR approach are recognized by numerous certifications (ProTerra, COSMOS, NATRUE, USDA, and EcoVadis Gold).
This acquisition fully aligns with Seppic’s growth strategy in the cosmetics market.
