PCHi and Covalo Partner to Connect China’s Leading Ingredient Sourcing Event with a Year-Round Digital Platform

From Show Floor to Year-Round Platform: PCHi x Covalo connects Suppliers and Buyers Before, During and After the Event

Zurich, Switzerland, November 2026 — Covalo, the data backbone of the consumer goods industry, announces a partnership with Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients (PCHi), organized by Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE). Together, they bridge the
physical and digital worlds in the personal care and beauty industry, extending the show experience well beyond the exhibition floor.
PCHi is China’s No.1 sourcing platform for the global personal care and homecare industry. The next edition takes place from 24 to 26 February 2027 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Through the partnership, PCHi exhibitors can list on Covalo, giving buyers and formulators a digital destination to discover, qualify and connect with suppliers before, during and after the event.

What is the PCHi and Covalo partnership?
RSE, the organizer of PCHi, and Covalo are building a connection between the physical exhibition and Covalo’s digital marketplace. In the coming weeks, PCHi exhibitors will be listed on Covalo, and a dedicated PCHi event filter will make it simple for buyers to find all suppliers and ingredients linked to the show. The marketplace’s navigation will also be available in Chinese, enabling Chinese-speaking buyers and suppliers to browse ingredients, compare options, and access relevant information more easily.

Why are PCHi and Covalo partnering?
A trade show and a digital platform complement each other: the event creates focused moments of discovery, and the platform keeps those connections active in between. The partnership aims to bridge the physical trade show experience with a continuous, 24/7 digital platform. Four elements sit at the center of the partnership:
● Year-round connectivity: Exhibitors and visitors stay in touch beyond the three
days of the show.
● Streamlined ingredient sourcing: Buyers can search through thousands of
suppliers and over 100,000 beauty and personal care ingredients online anytime.
● Data standardization: Ingredient data follows a consistent structure, which
supports fast and reliable qualification.
● Post-event digital continuity: After trade shows end, the platform keeps the
momentum going.
What does the PCHi×Covalo partnership mean for Suppliers and
Buyers?
● For suppliers exhibiting at PCHi, a Covalo listing adds a digital layer to the
exhibition presence. Ingredient data, documentation and company information
stay visible to a global audience of formulators and beauty brands all year,
including the weeks of preparation before the show and the follow-up period
afterwards.
● For brands and formulators in China, the partnership offers a more convenient
route to sourcing. With the PCHi filter and the upcoming Chinese-language
marketplace, discovering relevant suppliers and comparing ingredients becomes
possible at any time of year, whether or not a visit to Guangzhou is on the
calendar.
● For international suppliers and buyers, the partnership opens a clearer view
of one of Asia’s most important sourcing communities, supported by the
standardized data Covalo is known for.

What Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions and Covalo say about the partnership
“PCHi brings the global personal care and homecare ingredients community together in China every year, and our exhibitors and visitors increasingly want to keep those conversations going after the show. Our partnership with Covalo gives them a year-round digital home that connects the exhibition floor with buyers and suppliers worldwide.” — a spokesperson from Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions

“As the world’s largest personal care ingredients platform, staying close to the market and its innovations is essential to us. Over the past few years, China has emerged as one of the most dynamic markets in our industry, driving remarkable innovation from both ingredient suppliers and beauty brands. Partnering with PCHi was therefore a natural next step! We can’t wait to bridge the physical and digital worlds at the upcoming PCHi in Guangzhou, creating new opportunities for collaboration and bringing our global industry even closer together.” — Yann Chilvers, Founder and Co-CEO, Covalo
